Hostile Skies Walkthrough

Hostile Skies is an airplane game loosely based on World War I aerial combat. This shooting game features beautiful graphics, simple controls, an aircraft based on famous World War I airframes.

The objective of Hostile Skies is to destroy enemies and make it to the end of each level. A progress bar at the top of the screen indicates how far you have left to travel. Once you have reached the end of the level, you will have to come in for a smooth landing. Make sure that you don't come in too fast, or you will crash! If you aircraft is destroyed, it's game over. This airplane game does not save your progress, so you will have to play from the beginning if you are shot down or if you decide to play again later.

Hostile Skies uses a combination of keyboard and mouse controls. Move your mouse to steer your airplane. Moving your mouse to the right increases your speed, while moving your mouse to the left decreases your speed. Click the left mouse button to shoot your machine gun and press the spacebar to drop bombs. Your ammunition is unlimited in this airplane game, but you can improve your performance by being accurate.

The key to beating Hostile Skies is skillful maneuvering. Weave between bullets to avoid being hit, and make sure that you do not crash into enemy aircraft! Being struck by bullets will cost you some health, but crashing into an enemy aircraft or into the ground results in instant death! Remember to watch your speed as well. Flying through each level at maximum speed will help you to finish faster, but puts you at a greater risk of crashing.

Hostile Skies may not be historically accurate, but it is a challenging and entertaining airplane game. Make the skies safe again for the Allies in this thrilling airplane game!
